Which products do I need for my memorial gathering?

Check out our Product Guide page for tips on how our products can be used at your gathering. And, always feel free to reach out to our customer service team with any questions about our products and how to use them.

Do I get to see my design before it's printed?

Yes! When your design is ready, you’ll get an email with a link to our portal where you can view a proof, make any necessary changes, and approve the proof before it’s printed.

I want to use a different number of pictures than a product requires. Is this okay?

You can use fewer photos than the template allows, but not more.

What are the photo requirements?

Please submit large, high quality images for best results. We recommend 300 dpi resolution for digital images, and 600 dpi for scanned images.

I don't like any of these backgrounds. Can I change the design to something I want?

At this time, we are not accepting requests for custom theme design. You can always check back later to see if we have added new standard designs you like.

Are there different font styles than what is shown?

Our designers have selected font styles specifically to coordinate with each theme. We are not offering changes to our standard template designs at this time.

Where can I find the full list of available poems and verses?

Follow this link to browse our Verse Library.

Can I use a poem or verse that isn't in the Verse Library?

Please note that copyright laws prevent us from printing copyrighted material such as popular song lyrics on our products without a release from the copyright holder. However, if you would like to include a verse or lyric that is not copyrighted (such as a verse from the Bible or a traditional hymn), or a poem written by you, we are happy to include it for you.

Can I order more copies of my products later?

Yes! Please call us at 833.600.6787 and reference the original order number to request an identical re-order.

How do I change or cancel an order after I've submitted it?

Please call or email our customer service team to request changes to your order. Please note that we are unable to make design changes once your proofs have been approved and moved into production, so be sure to double-check your proofs for any errors before approving them.

I need my products right away. How fast are these produced, and can I expedite shipping?

Most products will be produced and shipped out within 2 days once you have approved your proofs. Our standard shipping method is through FedEx. You will have the option to select an expedited shipping method for an additional charge.

I checked my tracking information and it looks like my product isn't going to arrive. How do I get a new one?

Please get in touch with our customer service team and reference your order number.

How do I return an item?

Because your products are personalized, we are unable to accept returns. However, if you receive your product and it is damaged or incorrect, please reach out to our customer service team. We know your items are important to you and are committed to making sure you receive a quality product you love.
