Step-by-Step Ordering Process
Select a product. Choose a product (or products) and add to your cart. You must add product to your cart to be able to personalize.
Personalize your product. In your shopping cart, click the "Personalize" button. Customize your stationery or keepsakes by selecting verses and poems, etc. Then click "Continue to Order Information" and fill in your loved one's information on the next screen.
Upload images. Select the product checkbox under each image to add it to your order and designate it to a particular product, if you're ordering more than one product type. Once images are uploaded, return to your cart to check out.
Finalize your order. Enter your shipping and billing information, then submit your order.
Check your email. You'll receive an email right away with your order confirmation number. If you don't get this email, check your spam folder.
Review your design. Our design team will get to work right away on your personalized design, then you'll get another email with a link to our personalization portal. There you can review your proof and request any necessary changes. If everything looks good, click the green icon to approve your design.
Let us do the rest. Your product will be printed, carefully packaged, and shipped to you.
Your personalized stationery and keepsakes will look best if you provide high-resolution digital or scanned images. A few tips to help you provide us with the best quality images:
- Set your scanner's DPI setting to 600 dpi or higher. (You can find this option in the scanner's settings menu.)
- If you're scanning a small print (wallet size or smaller), set your scanner's size setting to 200% and increase the DPI setting as high as you can.
- Please save all images as JPEG files with a maximum file size of 10 MB.
Shipping Policy & Order Deadlines
Our goal is to produce quality products and ship them to you quickly.
For same-day shipping: Submit your order by 12:00 noon EST to give our team enough time to create your design and return your proof for approval. Approve your proof by 2:00 pm EST to ensure it will be printed and shipped from our headquarters the same day.
Ground shipping is free for orders over $49.00. Expedited shipping options are available for an additional charge. If you need your products by a certain date, please indicate your "need-by" date when you place your order.
Our products ship via FedEx from our headquarters in Auburn, Indiana. The map below shows an estimate for ground shipping times based on your location.
